Returns Policy

Christmas returns

To put your mind at rest and ensuring a smooth shopping experience when purchasing gifts over the holiday period we have extended our returns policy. Any goods ordered from 27th November will be eligible for an exchange or online account credit only if they are returned before 7th January 2023. Goods returned after this date will not be accepted.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with the original tags still attached and re-packed into the original packaging if applicable. Underwear cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene reasons.

We are not responsible for the return shipping charges.

All items must be in original condition, resalable condition.

Ensure items are well packaged to avoid any damages throughout transit.

If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product - any damage may result in refusal of the return.

Ensure to return on a track able service, we are not responsible for the package until it has been delivered back to us.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss for the return whilst in transit.

If returning from outside the UK, ensure to state 'RETURNED GOODS' on the outer packaging to avoid any customs charges. CIRCLE FASHION is not liable for return custom charges. 


Once you have placed your order we will contact you by e mail to confirm your purchase along with a delivery date. If any items ordered can not be delivered within our standard delivery timescale we will inform you by e mail or telephone. Should you wish to cancel your order, any monies paid will be refunded in full.

Should you receive your parcel with a missing item you must notify us in writing within 3 days so we can raise an investigation with our courier. We use CCTV at our warehouse and packaging stations to ensure all ordered items are packed. 


In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase please send the item(s) back to us in its(their) original condition with all labels attached within 14 days of the order date. Items washed or worn will not be refunded or exchanged. On receiving the item(s) from you we will issue a full refund to the card the order was placed with or exchange it for an alternate size/colour if you wish. When sending goods back to us it is recommended to use a delivery service that offers insurance and tracking facility. We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us and the refund does not cover the return delivery cost. Returns are not to be brought back to store to avoid any complications with refunds or exchanges. If you require any more information, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Courier unable to deliver

In the event our courier is unable to deliver your parcel and the parcel is delivered back to us we will deduct £15 from your refund. This is return parcel to shipper cost charged by our courier.

Faulty or wrong items

For faulty items please do not send the items back to us until you have emailed our customer care department(the email address can be found on the contact us page) stating your order number,daytime contact number, your name and address and your reason for return. Faulty goods must be returned within 28 days from dispatch date. Please note all faulty items will be sent back to the manufacturer for a professional inspection,once the manufacturer has verified the fault a repair,exchange or refunds can be issued. Item(s) washed or scented will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

Distance Selling Regulations

The United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations state that you have the right to cancel your order for any items purchased from for a full refund. In the event of a cancellation please inform us in writing. This must be done within 7 days of delivery of your item(s).E mail is acceptable and should be send to our customer cares department (the email can be found on the contact us page).

On acceptance of cancellation the goods must be returned in their original condition within 14 days.

This returns policy does not affect your statuary rights.

NOTE: In order to ensure your return is accepted by us please be careful when trying on the items. Avoid wearing fragrance and/or deodorant that could leave permanent scent or mark on the clothing. If we find evidence that the item has not been treated as we stated we will be unable to offer a refund. Please also return the item(s) in their original state, including any packaging or documentation that accompanied it.

Duty and Customs

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes, which must be the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and custom charges.
