HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Purchasing from CIRCLE FASHION is easy:
If you know what you are looking for, use the CLOTHING, SHOES and ACCESSORIES links.
Once you have found an item, select your size and use the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button underneath.
Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the 'BAG' link at the top of the page. You can add products to your Wish List or use the 'REMOVE FROM BASKET' link to delete items from your shopping bag.
Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You don't need an account to complete a purchase. However, if you register with us and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your CIRCLE FASHION account:
Request your return or exchange directly from your account
Gain access to your Wish List and Recommendations
Be notified when new stock arrives
Save your address and card details for faster shopping

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES CIRCLE FASHION ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to CIRCLE-FASHION.COM.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, CIRCLE FASHION is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.
BUYING A VIRTUAL GIFT CARD

Add the recipient's name, email address and a personal message (optional)
The virtual gift card will be sent to the receiver as soon as we have accepted your order and taken payment. You will in turn receive a dispatch confirmation email

How do I check if an item is in stock?
If an item is available to order online then this means the item is in stock. However, from time to time and particularly with some of our more popular items, due to the high rate of sales both in store and online, there may be some discrpancies. We will inform you as soon as possible, via email, if a product is out of stock.
Do you offer a VAT discount to non EU customers?
Customer's ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 20% VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once your delivery details are complete.
To work out the price with the VAT discount applied, divide the displayed price by 1.2. Simply reducing the price by 20% does not apply as the discount is only applicable to the VAT inclusive amount.
Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Yes, it does not have to be the addressee. The signature is electronically logged for security reasons. Any signature at the address will be accepted as proof of delivery.
Can I change the delivery address?
For orders placed online we do provide the option to ship to an address different to the billing address. However, for security reasons, this service is discretionary. We reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or to verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address.
If you have made a mistake with your delivery details please contact us immediately and we will try to amend them.
Orders placed over the telephone must be shipped to the billing address.
If the order has already left our warehouse, then the delivery address cannot be changed.
Are all of your products genuine?
Yes, we are licensed stockists for all of our products. They are 100% authentic.
Will you be getting more stock?
We do our best to get re stock in popular items however, due to the limited or handmade and made to order nature of some of the products we stock, this is not always possible. Furthermore, we like to offer new product regularly which means we don't tend to re-stock a lot of our items.
We do not currently have the facility to let you know if or when an item is due back in stock.

The item I bought is now in sale, can I get the difference refunded?
As an online business our prices change in accordance with trends, customer demand and stock availability we are, therefore, unable to refund the difference in price when an item you have purchased goes into sale, although we do appreciate how frustrating this can be.
You can of course return the item for a full refund and then re-order the item at its markdown price, provided it is returned in accordance with our returns policy. Please note, we cannot guarantee that another customer won't purchase this item first.
What courier do you use for deliveries?
We use INTERLINK to send all of our UK orders.
ROYAL MAIL and DPD are used to send all International orders.
CIRCLE FASHION reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.
How do I know if my item has been dispatched?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receiving them. As long as the returned items meet our refund criteria, your refund will be with you 24-48 hours after your return is processed, depending on your card issuer.
How long will it be before I get an exchange?
We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving them. Once your return has been processed, and provided we have the exchange items in stock, you should receive them within 3 working days. The overall expected time for an exchange can be up to 7 days upon receipt of the item.
Who pays for return postage?
We do not pay for return postage on items that are unsuitable.
Why have you not refunded the original delivery charge?
If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost.
Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
